5. QuickBooks and Intuit data

If you connect the Services to QuickBooks Online, I will access only the data authorized by the permissions you grant. I use that data solely to provide the features you request. I do not sell QuickBooks customer data. I do not use QuickBooks customer data for advertising.

If aggregated or anonymized data is ever used for product improvement or operational insight, it will be processed in a way that does not identify a specific customer or business.

6. Legal bases and consent

Where applicable, I process information based on your consent, to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as operating, securing, and improving the Services.

I do not sell personal information. I may share information only:

• With service providers that help host, secure, or operate the Services
• With Intuit or other third parties as necessary to support an authorized integration
• When required by law, legal process, or regulatory request
• To protect the rights, safety, security, or property of users, third parties, or the Services

8. Data retention

I retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. If you disconnect QuickBooks Online or request deletion, related data will be deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period unless retention is legally required.

I use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Disconnect the Services from QuickBooks Online
